Importing contacts from Excel files
Following are the steps to import contacts via excel file or spreadsheet directly in Letterhub and use it for future and mailing it to your potential customers and attracting clients.
Step 1:
- Log in to the LetterHUB dashboard.
- Go to Connections
- In the ‘Integration’ section, you will find three options in the dashboard to import contacts, i.e., Import VCF, CSV and Excel. Select the option of Excel.
Step 2:
Once you select the ‘Import Excel’ option, a screen will pop up on your screen.
- It will ask you to ‘Browse’ the Excel/CSV file to the LetterHUB.
Step 3:
In this section, you need to ‘Browse’ the excel sheet from your computer cloud storage to LetterHUB.
Step 4:
After selecting, they will ask you to re-confirm the tab selected by entering the ‘File Name’ of the excel sheet.
Step 5:
After this, the import process will start, and you will receive a mail once the process is completed.
- Once the process is completed, click on the ‘Okay’ button.
Step 6:
Once you select the file name, you wish to upload, you can directly import it to the LetterHUB website.
- Once you import, all the detailed columns of the excel sheet will appear over here under ‘Column Name’, which you can map using ‘Map Column’ with details like First Name, Prefix, Suffix, etc.
You can also make a custom database by updating your excel sheet with the automated features available.
By following these simple steps, you can easily transfer or import all your excel database to LetterHUB and secure it as well as present it to others in need and gain connections.
